First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at C&W Services.
Manager
The company really cared about communication in the first questions. But the video interview was kinda different. The questions felt super hard and judgemental, which was stressful. I felt like they were trying to trip me up instead of having a real chat.
- Can you elaborate on your communication skills and how you effectively write emails?
Property Executive
Had one in-person interview. Mostly asked about expectations and reasons for applying. It wasn't technical or difficult at all. They also assess your flexibility and willingness to work at different sites.
- What makes you want to join our company?
- What are your expectations for this role?
- Why are you applying for this position?
Robotics Technician
It started with a phone interview. Then they called me to visit the interview site where I had to take a "RAMSY" test. This test is the company's way to assess interviewees before offering the job. The test is poorly worded, the grading is unfair, and the scaling of how well you can do on it is not right at all. For example, if you have 3 levels of knowledge and 3 is the highest, the difference between a level 2 and level 3 is basically one question. If you don't get it right, you get almost 20% less salary than the higher level.
- Can you describe your process for troubleshooting a fault in an electric motor and resolving the issue safely and efficiently?
- What steps would you take to troubleshoot and clear a jam on a conveyor belt, ensuring safety and efficiency?
Electrical Mechanical Technician
We set up an interview, you went in, filled out some info before talking to someone. We spoke briefly about your experience and goals. Then you took some tests to see if you have the knowledge for the job. After that, we got the test results and talked more about the job. If we offered you the job, you'd do paperwork and schedule a drug test.
- What are your 5-year career goals?
