First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at C Innovation.
Survey Operator
The process was well laid out and structured. I met with managers, HR reps, and potential colleagues. They asked me about my education, if I was open to offshore work, and my reasons for applying to the company.
- What drives your interest in the offshore industry?
Administrative Apprentice
It was a dynamic interview, where everyone can show their experience in the interview. Thus seeking qualified people to work as a young apprentice. I liked this interview, from the others I went to it was the most differentiated
- What do you most enjoy doing and what do you least enjoy doing?
- What is your age and name?
ROV Supervisor
You gotta pay for your own flights, rental cars, hotels, etc. Then, you drive over an hour to this rude and demanding company doctor who works out of a trailer. If you have any issues with your physical, they won't hire you. So you spent all that money and don't get paid for it. They promise stuff during the interview that they never deliver. They straight up lie to you.
- Depending on your line of work.
ROV Technician
The first interviewer was a nice, polite, and straightforward guy. I had to take a skills test covering basic electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical concepts. The interview process was informative and thorough, and all my questions were answered. The second interview was with the Ops manager and was more informal, focusing on a 'day in the life' explanation.
- What motivates your interest in working for CI?
