It was organized, and they made me feel comfortable. There were three stages: HR, coordination, and manager. Then there was a proposal letter, medical exam, admission, and integration. Training was provided. Throughout the entire process, I felt very comfortable and secure, and everyone was clear about the activities.

The job looked like a good opportunity and the hiring manager seemed like a good professional. She clearly explained that the job would be very demanding. I got a general sense of the company's atmosphere, but I felt the HR Director's vibe was really bad. She even questioned the notes I was taking during a writing exercise that was part of the selection process.

Eu me preparei pois achei que seria muito difícil, pelo contrário, foi prático e rápido. Só não disseram a que vaga estávamos concorrendo, eu acho que era para vendedor.

The hiring process had 5 interviews. Each time I attended, it seemed like they hadn't read my resume. During the interviews, my resume was read, and then questions were asked. After the interviews, I submitted my documents and underwent the pre-employment medical examination. Three days after the exam, while waiting for the start date (which was changed twice), I was told I'd receive a call because they just realized I was currently pursuing my higher education. They asked for a day to sort it out and promised a callback, but they didn't call. I had to call them two days later. It was completely unprofessional. The HR person implied I had lied when the information was clearly on my resume!
