HR Assistant
The interview was recorded. When I advanced, I met with the entire team. The manager and other team members led the interview. They asked me questions about my HR experience and my education.
- What is your desired lasting impression?
- What experience do you have in HR?
- Could you describe your educational background?
Advisor
The interview process was quick and engaging. The person interviewing me was professional and pleasant, clearly well-prepared. They were skilled at asking questions directly related to the job. We conducted the interview over Zoom, which is a practical and convenient method for everyone involved these days.
- Regarding remote work, how would you ensure accountability?
Customer Service Agent
The interview process was quite brief, aiming for about 30 minutes. If you can keep the interviewer engaged for longer than that, you're likely to get the job.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experiences?
- What's your approach to handling rejection?
- Describe how you'd manage a situation where your knowledge exceeds that of a student.
Student Service Representative
I met with 3 people over zoom and they asked me questions, taking turns. They really focused on my past experiences and how I handled problems or conflicts. They also liked it when I asked them questions back.
- What kind of impression do you hope to leave with us?
