Went through 4 interviews and got a text from the hiring manager saying I got the offer. But then had to wait like 2 weeks for the official one. I had to chase the hiring manager for an update and found out they pulled the offer because of 'legal' stuff since I'm in California. The whole thing took 3 months, felt like a waste of time, and I missed out on another job because of it. I even asked about salary early on and was told not to. Major red flags and unprofessional.

The HR rep was so nice, it felt like you were making a friend. Then you had another interview which went well. After that, there was a 3rd interview with a supervisor who was incompetent. They didn't even have the courtesy to have your resume, show their face, or even work the call. Of course, it crashed! Then, after 3 hours of interviews, you don't even get the courtesy of an email saying they went another way. Boo.

Started with a phone call with the recruiter, then a virtual meeting with the hiring manager, and finally a 10-15 minute presentation to a panel. The whole thing was pretty fast, wrapped up in about two weeks.
