overall bad process. You meet with the director and manager who are great people. the interview process is pretty straight forward, but then they will continue to drag you along for months without telling you if you got the job. They don't respect their candidates in an appropriate way, they provide zero feedback and continue to tell you that they'll make a decision by X date and keep pushing it back.

Had about six or seven video calls, and everyone was really easy to talk to. They seemed genuinely invested in the role and finding the right person. It was a bit odd that the talent acquisition team reappeared after I met with the leadership for the position, but maybe they were just trying to cover for people being on vacation. There was also a peer interview in the middle, which usually happens closer to the end in my experience, so the timing felt a little off.

The interview process involved a recruiter screening, a hiring manager interview, and then a long panel interview with multiple team members. It was an intense five-hour session with different people joining the call back-to-back. I understand the thoroughness, especially since they were upfront about it. However, after investing nearly six hours, it was disappointing to get a generic rejection email from HR. It felt insulting not to get a more personal closing from the TA team, especially since it was down to me and one other person.
