The interview process kicked off with a first virtual round with HR that lasted about 20-30 minutes. Following that, there was a second virtual interview with a Leasing Analyst, scheduled for 30-45 minutes. The final round was a longer virtual session, about 2 hours, where I spoke with each team member and the leader.

I interviewed with the team, which was professional and effective. There were 3 rounds of interviews: first with the Head Property Managers, then with Talent Acquisition, and finally with the Regional VP and President. Everyone I met seemed respected in their field and the company appears to have good staff retention.

The interview process was brief, and I didn't get a clear understanding of the role. I finished the interview with unanswered questions about the team and what the job entails. It felt like there wasn't a clear consensus within the team about the ideal candidate.

My interview journey was quite disappointing overall. It started with a chat with HR, who was very pleasant. Then, I had an in-person interview where I met two people. The next step involved a virtual meeting to connect with the team, which consisted of three separate 30-minute interviews with four people. Following that, they set up another two separate 30-minute virtual interviews with two more people. In total, I met eight different individuals, which felt excessive and not very efficient. It seemed like I met most of the management during this process. Ultimately, I didn't receive an offer, and I never found out the specific reasons why.
