So, there were three parts to the interview process. First, I spoke with a recruiter. Then, I had a technical and operational interview with the Hiring Manager. Finally, I met with the Vice President and Director of Finance to discuss my past experiences.

The whole process was very confusing, they didn’t know what the role was actually covering. It took ages to get a response and at the end it was very unclear if I wasn’t suitable for the role, of they found someone else more aligned to the role or if they removed the role from the organisation. Have heard the same sentiment from other people who interviewed for other roles. Extremely unprofessional, I can see that the company reviews are a pretty accurate description of the environment.

HR Senior Management was unresponsive to emails regarding the interview process and any questions. They failed to provide notice for interview times on days I had cleared my schedule, and these interviews never occurred. This unprofessional behavior is disappointing for a well-regarded brand and undermines the entire process. Additionally, there seem to be too many interviews for entry-level and mid-level positions, making the process excessively time-consuming for candidates. I've never experienced such poor treatment during an interview process; I am truly shocked.

First you get contacted like normal. Then there's a phone screen, and a basic zoom interview. After that, you do another basic interview with your potential manager. The culture here is terrible and there's massive staff turnover. You should listen to other reviews and avoid this company.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Questions were so basic you could be drunk and still get an offer.
  • You'd need to be drunk to get through the days here.
