First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BWW Law Group.
Attorney
It was more of a conversation than an interview. I got to ask a lot of questions about the firm and the job, and they made me feel comfortable. It wasn't as stressful as most interviews.
- Do you prefer to work independently or collaboratively?
Paralegal
It was a Zoom interview with HR first to go over details about the firm, about the benefits and the basic stuff such as location of the office, Parking, etc. The Manager's from the hiring department then hopped on and that's when the real review began.
- Tell me about your resume.
- Can you highlight relevant experience from your resume?
- What aspects of your past role did you find enjoyable?
Associate
The interview process was fairly standard, as was the interviewer. There wasn't much to it; it was all very standard protocol kind of thing. It was fine. The end.
- Why should I be hired?
Paralegal
The interview went quite well. I spoke with three different people, and they all seemed really great. The office itself was very pleasant. My conversations with the last two managers, who are attorneys, felt particularly productive. They asked me three questions, and we even shared a few laughs. They mentioned they're still interviewing other candidates and expect to reach a decision within two weeks, which I thought was a bit lengthy, but hopefully, it will be worth the wait. They also inquired about my salary expectations.
- Can you share your reasons for leaving your previous firm and what you seek in a team environment?
- What is your motivation for leaving your last firm, and what qualities do you look for in a team setting?
