The interview process included 2 rounds: a technical round lasting about an hour and a founder round for about 40 minutes. After these, we discussed salary and then started onboarding.

My interview process started with a first-round chat last Friday with Sahil Shood, and HR mentioned I should get ready for the next one. Then, I had a second round with Anil Gupta. The interview felt off; while we were talking about my past projects, Anil really wanted to know all the business details about a wristband service I worked on, instead of the tech stuff. My actual job involved linking the band to the user, getting band info, and checking if it was linked right. But Anil was asking about the physical parts of the band, like if it had a chip and how it got put in, which didn't seem like it had anything to do with my developer role. I figured the interview should be about my tech skills since it's a developer job, not a business or management gig. Even though I have other offers, I'm still interviewing to keep my options open. I was pretty let down by how this interview went because it didn't really test my skills for the job. I ended the interview early because I felt like I wasn't respected or understood. I hope future interviews focus more on things like coding, design patterns, and my current projects, rather than getting stuck on business stuff that's not relevant. This way, they can actually see what I can do.

This was for an RPA developer role. A very senior person interviewed me, and the experience was smooth and comfortable. They started by introducing themselves and then asked about my career journey and projects. Following that, we discussed best practices and coding standards, with questions based on specific scenarios.

The interviewer was great and had a really decent conversation. They explained the position well. It was a quick process with three rounds over three days. I was given time to talk about myself and highlight my strengths. We discussed my past work experience. The conversation was focused and directly related to the job.
