The recruitment day was held in a hotel, from 9 am to 6 pm. There were 4 main parts to it: a company introduction, an English test, a group activity, and a one-on-one interview. We had breaks of about 20-30 minutes between each part. The face-to-face interview was the longest part, taking some people just 5 minutes and others nearly an hour, with two recruiters present, but the whole process took a long time. The atmosphere was friendly. The English test involved writing an email and answering some vocabulary questions.

had an online interview, lasted about 10 minutes, the recruiter was super nice and asked some personal questions. We talked about my height, if I'm willing to relocate, and if I'm up for moving to Warsaw for the training. They also asked a few things about my CV to get the conversation going. It was a really good experience overall, and I got an email the next day saying I was accepted.

After applying online, I was contacted by someone from the company to set up an online interview. That was followed by an interview with the direct supervisor. Then there was a background check, and if everything checks out, you get an offer letter. If you accept the offer, you then start training.

It was with Air hostess. A pretty complete interview. It was in 3 phases, at the beginning they presented the company, then you took an elimination English test and once finished, you moved on to a group exercise: they gave you an event and you had to solve it with your colleagues, after that it was a personal interview and the next day by email they told you if you were in or not. We were only given 6 days to look for a house in Madrid.
