The first interview was fine and the questions were straightforward. The second interview with Bill was odd, he barely asked questions and seemed to be looking at his phone and judging me. I can't help but feel race might have been a factor, but I didn't get a good vibe. After trying to follow up multiple times because I had other offers pending, they completely ghosted me. It was super unprofessional and rude. Honestly, it made me realize I wouldn't want to work there anyway, seems like a toxic place.

The recruiter was really unprofessional and didn't seem to care. They rescheduled my interview with less than 24 hours notice, and I only found out because my calendar updated, not because they told me directly. Then, for the rescheduled time, the recruiter didn't even show up. I tried emailing them, but they never got back to me. It was a pretty bad experience and made me think poorly of how they hire.

It took about 2 weeks total. The interview process was pretty easy and had 3 parts: first a call with HR, then an SQL test, and finally an interview with the hiring manager. Everything went smoothly and they kept in touch during the whole thing.
