the interview was about 10 min, it was a quick process. they mostly asked scenario based questions. it was my first time interviewing with the company and it wasn't as bad as I expected.

The interview process was quite efficient and simple. It's a good idea to be well-prepared before you even apply. Everything was very direct and to the point. It's a decent chance for paralegals who already have a good amount of experience. This is just to fill in the details here. I don't have much else to add. Thanks.

the process moves quickly and includes two interviews. the information on salary, billables, and benefits is straightforward. the entire process was about two weeks from the submission of my application to receiving the decision.

Legal Secretary
I applied through a staffing agency and had my first chat with the HR Director in Tampa over Zoom. Then, I was set to interview with a partner at the local firm. Things moved pretty fast. The HR Director's assistant was quick to send over any info I needed. Sadly, something came up on my end and I had to back out. I really think I would have gotten the job though.

- Can you explain your fit for this role based on the job description?
