Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. It was like a panel interview with 6 people from different parts of campus. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Each person asked one question, and that was it, no follow-ups. They said I'd hear back early the next week, but I never did. I tried to follow up with my main contact, but they sent me to HR to check on the status. Still no response. I found out later from others that they hired someone else. Would have been nice to know.

Behavioral Technical

The interview experience was good with cordial people. The role wasn't super clear, but you could tell there's potential to learn. How much you get done and how many hours you work kinda depends on you being efficient, rather than just putting in effort. Downside is, no benefits or retirement plan, which puts you behind other companies.

Behavioral Group Presentation

It started with a Zoom meeting with my future supervisor and two staff members, which was pretty standard and short. Then I came to campus for interviews with the Dean of the college and my supervisor. After that, I met with the VP of the department. Finally, I had lunch with several staff members.
