I talked to the head of HR and didn't have to wait long. They mostly asked questions from my resume. The recruiter always replied quickly when I emailed. I think there are usually more interviews, but they didn't ask me for a second one. I wish instead of me having to email them every two weeks after the first email, they would have just told me they were interviewing other more qualified people.

The whole hiring process took about a month, starting from my OCI interview all the way to getting the offer. The first round was an on-campus interview at my school. Then, I had a callback interview at their Memphis office for the second round. I got to the firm around 9:30 AM and met with 8 different attorneys, in pairs of two for about 30 minutes each. They were super open and honest, telling me all about their 'no jerk' policy and how the firm has grown while keeping its friendly atmosphere.

I got a call the same day I applied. The first interview was with two ladies from HR. I was told there might be another interview, and I was contacted again two weeks later. The second interview had the same two ladies and the head of HR. I felt both went well. They said they'd decide soon. Two weeks passed, so I asked about the status, and they replied they hadn't decided yet and would contact me if they needed more info. That was two weeks ago, and I still haven't heard anything.
