Senior Project Manager
The interview process was easy, with just one round. They sent an email with enough time to prepare. The interviews were face-to-face, and the HR person was very friendly on the day.
- In what ways would you be the best fit for our company?
Cost Control Engineer
There were 3 interviews total. First, an HR rep chatted with me about how I'd fit in and why I was looking to switch jobs, asking situational and behavioral questions. Then, I had a technical chat with the department manager about my experience, project monitoring, and KPIs. Finally, I had another interview with the HR manager.
- Why are you looking to make a job change?
- Can you discuss your past experience?
- Describe your methods for monitoring projects.
Design Engineer
It was a technical interview where they asked about university courses and previous work experience. The interviewer was direct, and the interview went well. Afterward, I met with HR to discuss salary, compensation, and other details.
- Tell me about your university courses.
- Can you elaborate on your past work experience?
- Here's a problem for you to solve.
