The process involves several steps: an HR interview (via Teams), then an interview with the direct manager (via Teams), followed by an interview with the N+2 (on-site). These interviews were very informative, clearly explaining the job duties and focusing on my experience to understand my background and aspirations. The conversations were always very supportive. After my interview with the N+2, I met with two team members. I really appreciated this, as it shows confidence and transparency.
