I interviewed twice, but unfortunately, I didn't get the job even though I had a lot of babysitting experience. It's a shame I wasn't qualified. I would still recommend it though, if anyone asks. It's a great concept for a company.

The interview process was really easy and made me feel comfortable. They ask questions about different scenarios, and you just need to give your honest thoughts. It wasn't difficult or scary at all. It's usually a group interview, which actually helps make it less stressful.

The interview process was pretty easy and simple, they ask you generic questions for a nanny position along with adding couple of scenario if nannying. It's a quick 15 minutes. However, I wasn't aware of a group interview until I was called back.
