It was 4 rounds, including a hiring, architecture, system design, and a coding round. The coding round was a LeetCode style problem. The interviewers were professional and pleasant. There was a focus on behavioral questions. All interviews were tag-teamed. The architecture round was more about process.

Recruiter reached out, very excited. Job seemed like a great match. Went through screening then interviewed with senior manager. He asked about a past project, I gave an overview and then details. We talked for almost an hour about one small project from a previous employer. Got a decline later that afternoon because I apparently didn't go into enough detail. Recruiter was great. Interviewer was stoic, unhelpful, and disengaged. Recommend skipping this company if they reach out.

First there was a phone interview with Java questions. Then an in person interview with a set template of questions covering Java, SQL, and Unix. I was interviewed separately by four people. The process has changed now, it's more of a panel interview with a programming exercise to see how the interviewee troubleshoots and thinks through problems. It's fair and reasonable, they give you ample time and try to guide you if you are close. They took a chance on me when I was hired with little experience, and now I'm an integral part of the company.
