I applied online, then had a phone interview, and after that an in-person interview where I also had to fill out the application on site. The interviewer was really relaxed and nice, so it wasn't a hard interview as long as you went in confidently and knew what you wanted.

It was an onsite interview with two of the current marketing coordinators. We met in the conference room, and they asked me about myself and my past experiences. Then, they opened it up for me to ask them questions about the company. The whole thing took about 30 minutes.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a really chill process. First, they gave me a quick call, about 10-15 minutes. Then, if they liked me, they had me come in for an in-person chat. It was super casual, we just sat on the couches in the lobby and talked. They told me about the role and how I could grow there.

For the intern role, there was just one phone chat lasting around 30 minutes. They seemed to be checking out personalities with some pretty straightforward questions. I heard back pretty quickly, within a few days.
