I interviewed with them for a Reporting Analyst role. The first round was with the manager via Teams, and the second and final interview was face-to-face with the manager, director, and a current analyst. The role was more of an individual contributor position supporting a cross-functional team. The manager was not very technical, so it was apparent they did not know the right questions to ask, and I found myself repeating answers. The analyst asked more relevant, specific questions. Director was asking more behavioral questions.

I went through two rounds of interviews, the first was with the CISO and the second was with some other team members. I didn't end up getting an offer, but the people were nice and I felt like I got along with everyone pretty well. It's definitely worth applying, but it's tough out there with all the competition, especially in this job market.

As an external candidate, I had to do a presentation of a case study and my plan for the upcoming year. It felt like they were just gathering info and not really considering me for the role. Everyone was polite and professional, though.
