The whole interview process took about two weeks from when they first reached out to when I got an offer. I had about four interviews in one day with some junior and mid-level people. Then, I had to do a writing test that I had 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete. Finally, I interviewed with a senior staffer. After that last interview, my application went to a review board for approval. The process was smooth, and everyone was super friendly and direct. The HR manager was also really helpful and upfront about everything. Burson-Marsteller's clear process and good communication made my interview experience pleasant and influenced my decision to accept their offer.

My interview process felt a bit different. I only had phone interviews before getting an offer. It was a bit of a letdown because I had so many phone interviews with people at different levels, but they didn't do an in-person interview. Even though the job was in another state, I figured they'd want to meet me face-to-face before hiring. My advice is to have your own questions ready. And don't just try to talk your way through it. Make sure you have concrete examples of your past work and what you're looking for in your next career step.

I got into the company via the Graduate Scheme and the first day was an assessment for a bunch of us grads. We had to do a bunch of stuff, like a group presentation, a writing test (a press release), and a competency interview with two senior directors. Then I got invited back for the final interview with two Managing Directors and they gave me the offer the next day.
