The first interview was with two people you would potentially work with. After that, there was a take-home written task in which you were given a prompt and asked to write a press release.

After they looked at my application, someone got in touch a month later and asked me to write a press release and brainstorm some media outlets to reach out to. The task was pretty interesting and I felt like I had enough time to do it. But, I never heard anything back... Considering the time and work it took, it feels kinda rude to not even get a little reply.

The interview process was generally good overall - the hiring team was very informative, both in terms of what the next stages of the process entailed and in providing a great deal of information during each interview stage. The team were also very pleasant to interact with.

I had a 50 minute video interview with two team members at director level. The conversation was overall positive from my side, but some of the questions were too specific, like if an influencer had ever dropped out of a campaign or if I had ever canceled one. These caught me off guard. I prepared and invested my time, but never heard back from HR even after following up myself. It's now been 3 weeks of silence, which feels unprofessional. A simple update would have been appreciated.
