Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Burson Cohn & Wolfe.
Account Coordinator
It was a long interview process, but overall it was a good experience. I met with several team members. Unfortunately, BCW ghosted me after they asked me to schedule a third round of interviews with the VPs. It was very disappointing.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience and educational background, and what draws you to the Digital Health field?
Account Coordinator
First there was an HR interview, which was pretty basic and focused on experience. Then, there was a team interview that covered experience and personality. I found it very disrespectful because the director seemed really busy and kept looking at his phone during our chat. It was disappointing and unprofessional. I tried to follow up with HR for updates, but like another candidate, I never got a reply.
- Can you tell me what you know about BCW?
Account Coordinator
I had a bunch of informational calls to network, find out about open jobs, and chat with account team members and HR people to see if I was a good fit and to understand the workload. All these chats were over the phone, no video.
- Tell me about your industry knowledge.
- Why are you passionate about PR?
