After reading reviews about this company, I did not want to proceed with having a self-recorded interview that the company requested. We shouldn't be forced to submit ourselves to a subhuman experience just to have a life!

So far, I've had three interviews, and I'm waiting on at least one more. The first two were phone calls with a recruiter and the district manager. The third one was a face-to-face meeting with an area representative. There might be a fourth interview with district representatives, but I'm not sure as I'm still waiting to hear about the next steps. I was told that if I get the job, I'll have to pass a drug screening and receive training from Burroughs, then be tested on it. They also told me the salary. The first two interviews happened pretty quickly after I applied, but the third one took a while to schedule, maybe because of the holidays. It was hard to get in touch with staff, and I only found out about the third interview three days before it happened after I sent a bunch of emails. The in-person interview was at a Whataburger because they're a client, which was a bit weird, but I focused on the interviewer. I got to ask questions about the job specifics, the number of positions they're filling, and the competition. The interviewer answered what he could. The process is still ongoing, and I'm waiting for the fourth interview.

The local manager called me and left a voicemail saying he wanted to interview me. I called back to schedule an interview, but a phone interview wasn't mentioned. When I called back, it turned into an unexpected phone interview that I wasn't ready for. If they had mentioned it was a phone interview, I would have been more prepared.

The interview process involved some tests on mechanical, electrical, and digital skills. They asked about my family, military service, career goals, and high school hobbies. I had an hour-long one-on-one with the manager, and then met with other managers. I was hired three days later and started company school in two weeks.
