I had a phone interview that led to an onsite interview scheduled for 8 days later. I went to the facility on Feb 21 2019 at 11:00am. The guard at the shack directed me inside to the lobby. After waiting 30 minutes, and despite several people asking why I was there, the Hiring Manager never showed up for the interview. The whole thing was a waste of time, including the 40-minute drive each way. The place seemed extremely disorganized, with no one knowing their roles or how to make money. I realized I might have applied for a role below my capabilities; they seemed to need someone like a SENIOR MANAGER to guide the staff and direct the company.

I had a phone call with HR first. Then there was a 5-minute personality test that I could do on my own time. After that, I was called in to meet the VP and some other staff members. There was no follow-up after that meeting. I got an email about 6 weeks later saying I wasn't selected, but I had already started a new job by then.
