First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Burgerim.
Team Leader
The interview process was not very timely, with interviewers always running late. They also didn't seem very prepared, looking at my resume during the interview and asking about things that were clearly stated on the cover letter.
- What motivated you to seek employment with this company?
Shift Manager
I met my direct general manager at a Burgerim restaurant. It was a very professional interview experience. The GM gave me a tour of the restaurant and explained to me the history of the Burgerim brand. I introduced myself with the staff and overall it was a friendly positive experience.
- Would you be flexible with your schedule to cover weekend shifts if a colleague is sick?
General Manager
The interview was conducted professionally. My direct manager asked a lot of important questions about my experience and skill set for the GM role for the restaurants. The company is objectively seeking talent for specific roles within the company.
- Can you share a challenge you faced and how you overcame it?
Restaurant Manager
The interview was super fair. The interviewer went over the job responsibilities and asked good questions about experience, accountability, and flexibility for the role. You really need to have experience for this job.
- Tell me about a time you had to work under pressure and explain how you handled it.
