Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bureau Veritas.
Project Coordinator
First there was a written test with about four to six questions covering the company, English, general knowledge, communication, and IQ. Then there was a practical test for MS Word and Excel functions. Finally, a viva or oral interview where they asked about my interests, goals, and passion.
- What makes you want to work for our company?
- Tell me about your professional goals.
- What are you passionate about?
Project Coordinator
There were 2 rounds. They wanted to check my communication skills, how I approach work, and my confidence. The first round was with the project lead for that team, and the second round was with managers.
- Can you describe your previous roles and responsibilities?
Coordinator
We had an interview, then a prescreening, then more interviews, followed by a test. After that, we discussed salary and other things, then communicated via email about acceptance or rejection. Finally, a job offer was made, with 2 to 3 weeks notice beforehand.
- Can you tell me about yourself and explain your suitability for this role?
