Functional Consultant
First a phone call after my CV was selected from a job site. Then, an in-person interview with a project manager for an internship (2 options offered). Confirmed by email and chose a topic. Hired at the end of the internship.

Standard hiring process. After submitting application: 1st phone interview with the operations manager: screening to understand motivations and candidate's skills fit for the role. 2nd in-person interview with the operations manager: 1 hr interview to describe activities/skills expected and how operations work. 3rd phone interview with the recruitment manager (HR): classic questions. 4th in-person interview with the team lead: 1h interview to understand candidate motivations mainly.
