I applied for a role similar to my current job. The HR manager contacted me for a Teams interview. After the first interview with her and some engineers, I had a second interview with the head of the sector. They said both interviews went very well and promised a quick feedback and job offer. But then they ghosted me. Weeks later, HR contacted me saying the position was closed and offered another interview for a different role. Since it was also similar to my work, I accepted. This interview also went well, and for the second time, they promised immediate feedback and a job offer. Again, they ghosted me. I emailed asking for feedback, positive or negative, but got no response. The joke? They reopened the position I was told was closed on their website. I'm trying to apply because I really like the role and have the skills, but they are not contacting me back. A big company, unfortunately ruined by the unprofessionalism of the people working there.

I passed an online test with 82%. Then I had an interview that I thought would be with two people in person. However, one interviewer joined via conference call. I was told the interview was to gauge how much training I'd need if offered the job. The conference call quality was poor, making it hard to understand questions and for the interviewer to hear my answers. I unknowingly failed a technical test because of this. It would have been better to know it was a test and ensure proper interview conditions for all parties.

I'm not sure how I applied to Bureau Veritas (BV) as I can't recall the exact timing or method. I just got a call from them, and it was my first time hearing about the company. I think they might have gotten my CV from a previous application I made about six months ago with a confidential company, but I didn't ask, and still don't know how they got it.
