The process was very fast. I spoke with the Director, the HR manager, and the person who owns the hiring position. They gave me a call, and we set up the interview. They described the challenge and then inquired about my experience.

I interviewed for an Asia Trading position as part of the Management Trainee Program. The process involved 3 rounds where I spoke with traders and HR. The questions were mainly about my fit for the role and my passion for trading. I received an offer the same day as the final interview, which I initially accepted. However, three weeks later, when I went to sign the contract, Bunge withdrew the offer, hired someone else for trading, and then re-offered me a back-office role. This was incredibly unprofessional, especially from a company considered a leader in agri-trading. I declined their revised offer and have since found a better-paying front-office job with better career potential. My lesson from this experience is that if Bunge can act this unprofessionally now, it's likely to be worse if I were to join. It's good I found out early and didn't settle for less, as better opportunities exist.
