First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bunge Alimentos.
Intern
It was simple, an interview with two leaders from the area (initially, there's an interview with HR). They ask you to talk about yourself, where you're from, your goals, your strengths, weaknesses, how you see yourself in the future, your family, relationships, and communication skills.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Intern
The internship process was: first, an Excel test + English + logical reasoning. Then, an interview with HR. Finally, an interview with the Manager and HR. It was pretty quick, and the feedback was fast too! The interview questions were very easy and super clear. There weren't any of those typically hard questions, so my advice is to be calm and be yourself!
- Excel test
- Logical reasoning test
- English test
Intern
First there are some online theoretical tests, then a face-to-face interview with HR plus a face-to-face writing test and after that a face-to-face interview with the manager.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- What is your perspective at bungue?
- What are your thoughts on agribusiness?
