The interview process was straightforward and well-defined, so I always knew what to expect. We then discussed my performance on the test in a subsequent interview. The final stage was an in-person meeting at HQ with about five or six team members.

City Manager
So, the interview process for City Manager at The Bungalow began with a quick chat with a recruiter over the phone. After that, I talked with the hiring manager. Following that, they gave me a challenge exercise to complete within a few days. Then, I presented my work on the challenge exercise back to the hiring manager, and we talked more about how my skills and my interest in working for a startup would be a good fit. The final step was an onsite interview where I met four people from the team, including the CEO and COO. Each of those meetings lasted between 30 minutes and an hour.
- What makes you want to join a startup company?
- What valuable skills do you possess that would benefit our team?
- Can you describe your management philosophy and leadership approach?
