I applied and within hours, Leticia reached out to schedule an initial call. She was super welcoming and immediately wanted to connect me with the local GM, who I interviewed with the same day. Shortly after, I was given a "challenge" with two role-related questions, which was tough but a great way to show my skills. Later that week, I had a panel interview with six future colleagues and then an in-person interview with the GM. I got the offer within 24 hours of the final interview. Leticia kept me informed throughout, so I always knew what was coming next and never felt ignored. It was a great experience – informative, welcoming, challenging, and really helped me see if the role was a good fit. I definitely recommend applying!

Behavioral Case Technical

The interview experience was a bit messy and not what I expected, though the team was generally nice. It started with a recruiter call and a chat with the hiring manager. Then came a take-home assignment and another call. The whole thing wrapped up with a 4-hour final interview at their office. On the plus side, the team was friendly and the company seems to have a good culture. But, the recruiters changed halfway through, which caused some confusion about my role and what was going on. They also spaced on sending me the take-home case, so I had to chase them for it. After the final interview, where they said I'd hear back the next business day, they totally ghosted me. I waited 3 days, emailed, and still nothing. It took 3 weeks and another email, this time to the hiring manager (who also didn't reply), to get a generic update. It's a pretty bad look for a startup that seemed promising.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a great experience! I first chatted with a really enthusiastic recruiter who confirmed my qualifications and quickly set up next steps while respecting my time. Then, the hiring manager and I discussed the team's specific needs, current operations, growth plans, and my potential contributions. After that, I did a writing assignment where I had to respond to typical client issues. Finally, I had an on-site interview. I received the full day's schedule, including who I'd meet and what they do. The office manager even got my Starbucks order ahead of time, which was a nice surprise! Upon arrival, I was welcomed by the office manager, given a tour, and found a welcome note in the conference room. I met with two people from marketing, one from owner operations, one from resident ops, and then had coffee with the head of ops. Everyone was prepared and asked for examples of past similar situations. It was impressive, especially for a startup environment. I was also supposed to talk with the Co-founder, but I took another job that was a better fit for now, though their interview process wasn't nearly as good as this one.
