Arbeitsvermittler
The interview process felt rigid and lacked dynamism. They used outdated software for video calls, and honestly, there was no visible genuine interest in me as a candidate or the person behind the resume. The 5-6 interviewers seemed to be performing rehearsed answers, making the atmosphere feel more like an exam than a comfortable conversation.

The interview was held in a pleasant atmosphere. The questions were fair and related to experience and motivation. The process was structured, and the conversation was informative and respectful. The flow was clearly structured, the conversation felt neither rushed nor superficial. It was particularly positive that there was enough time for our own questions and honest insights into the company and the position were given. Overall, a very transparent and respectfully conducted process that left a positive impression.

First, there was a check about interests. It was a text that we got from the employment agency beforehand and we had to understand it. Then I was asked to go into a room where someone from HR management was and two people were connected via video. They introduced themselves first, then I had to go back into the room. Where I had to answer questions about a legal text. Then I got another task where I had to note down what I should say for the self-presentation. I was then sent back in again and was bombarded with what felt like a thousand questions. I was really exhausted afterwards. I have to wait a week for an answer now.
- In which area of the Federal Employment Agency would you like to work?
