The interview process involved two main rounds. First, I spoke with the manager, which was mostly skills-based. Then, I had a session with some team members, focusing on role-specific skills. After that, there was the offer stage. There was a bit of a waiting period and not much communication between stages, but the interviews themselves were conducted in a pleasant manner.

I applied for a role I thought I'd be great for. A recruiter called, said they loved my resume and wanted to speed things up. I had 4 interviews in one day. They said I'd hear back the next week, but nothing came. Then another week passed, still nothing. I emailed the recruiter and people I spoke with, and still no reply. After 3 weeks, I checked LinkedIn and saw the role was filled, and nobody even bothered to tell me. I get wanting to go another way, but the lack of communication and disrespect for my time was super disappointing. It's frustrating when a feminist company ghosts a qualified candidate of color just to hire another white girl.

It started with a quick chat with HR, then I interviewed with four different managers. Everything was well put together and it was a great way to get to know the company and the team.
