Service Professional
It was an in-person interview. Just one interview, very relaxed and straightforward. You don't really need prior experience, but you gotta be confident in your work ethic and your ability to sell services to both new and existing customers. The hiring managers are cool and will work with you if you're inexperienced.
- What would a past employer say about you?
Management Team Member
After submitting my application, I had a face-to-face interview. I felt like I was lied to or not given a deep understanding of the job. Then I completed onboarding. After that, I spent 1-3 days at the branch learning about stuff I can't really describe, and then went out to the field for training on how to copy what others were doing. No knowledge or training sources were provided at all.
- Who were you as a person?
- Tell me about yourself.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward! After applying online, I got a call from the hiring manager to set up an interview. They emailed me the directions and a map to the place. Some employees I chatted with while waiting said they really liked working there. Inside, the hiring manager and someone training to be a hiring manager interviewed me. They asked me basic questions about my customer service background and also about me personally. There was also an email with more questions to fill out at some point, though I'm not sure if that was before or after the interview.
- In your own words, what is customer service?
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What experience do you have in customer service?
Technician
Talked to an Operations coordinator who asked about my outlook on work. They explained what would be expected of me and if I minded being away from home for two weeks at a time. We went over the drug and alcohol policy and fit testing. I took an online mechanical aptitude test before the interview.
- Tell me about your job and oilfield experience.
- What's your perspective on work?
- Would you be okay with being away from home for two weeks at a time?
