Behavioral Group

The interview process was intense and lengthy, but they were careful to hire the right people. I had a series of 1-on-1s and then a small group interview. I also interviewed directly with HR, both on the phone and in person. Not all groups interview the same way; some positions require a VP interview, and some teams interview with a panel.
