It started with an HR interview, then a long Psychometric/Logic test. After that, there was an interview with the manager, and then another interview with the Manager and the regional manager. Although the questions are typical, you should be ready to describe your past experiences/skills well and for the test. The recruitment process has quite a few steps.

I had an initial conversation with the recruiter, Richard, to see if the role was a good fit. After that, I had to take a CCAT, which was pretty tough, but I guess I passed. Then I had a 30-minute Zoom call with the hiring manager, followed by another Zoom with someone who would be a peer. I really liked everyone I met at Bullhorn. Sadly, I didn't get to the in-person interview stage. Richard was kind enough to schedule a call to give me feedback, which was appreciated. Even though it didn't work out, the process and the feedback were helpful.

The interview process was really welcoming. First, I completed an online exam. About a week later, a corporate recruiter reached out. Following that, I had a phone interview with the recruiter, and then another phone interview with the manager. After these three steps, they asked me to retake the exam to confirm it was me who took it the first time. The next phase involved an in-person interview with some senior people at the company.
