The interview process was easy and they got back to me fast. It started with a phone screening, then I met with different people. There were three rounds in total, plus an assignment. They were really responsive when I had questions and followed up. Each interview was about 30-45 minutes long.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process spanned about a month and a half. It started with a phone interview where they asked about my interests related to the company, my availability, and my previous experience. Then, I had an in-person interview with the same person who did the phone screen, plus another individual. They seemed quite impressed with my work experience abroad, but they didn't ask much about my technical skills or my specific interest in hospitality PR. Given it seemed like a creative company, I made bullfrog cupcakes to show my creativity, and they even posted a picture of them on their company Instagram, but I never heard back, which was a bit unprofessional and surprising.

I applied online and heard back a few weeks later about an in-person interview. It was scheduled for the next week, and I got the final decision about a week and a half after that. The interview itself was pretty conversational, covering my previous work, my interest in hospitality, and my career goals.

I had two meetings with team members: one in-person interview at their office in November, and another one over the phone in March. Shortly after the second call, I got accepted into the Summer internship program. Overall, a very fair process.
