The whole thing was pretty fast, just a couple of weeks, and the team kept in touch the whole time. There was only one interview after I applied, and it was pretty straightforward, mostly about my resume.

The interview process was great overall. We started with a video call with HR and the COO. Then, we had an in-person interview at the corporate office in Chicago with the business unit director and the project executive. The COO even stopped by to introduce himself in person. Everyone was really kind and welcoming, and the office manager, Collin, was especially great! The culture and positive energy were big reasons I accepted the job. They also have a really good structure for training and learning, with many experienced professionals ready to share their knowledge.

I had two interviews, 1 phone and 1 in-person, and both interviews went over time. There seemed to be urgency in hiring for this role and through my interviews, I was told I would hear back about next steps within a few days of my in-person. However, my interview was almost 3 weeks ago and even with follow-up, I have not heard back.

The interview process included 3 virtual interviews. First up was an HR generalist interview, followed by another HR interview. Then, I met with the COO. After the virtual interviews, I was invited to the office for in-person meetings with staff, which also included a tour of the premises.
