This was the most professional and uplifting Interview I have been to. I come from the Restaurant industry where I performed interviews every single day, so I know a thing or two about the importance of providing a solid interview to the employee. Brian Fowler greeted me with a hand shake and a huge smile the minute I walked in. Asked me if I found the place okay and offered me something to drink while I filled out my application. The ladies at the front desk who usually never even notice your arrival in most locations, actually asked how I was doing and a little about myself. Right away this let me know this was a company that actually cared about its employees. Brian asked me about my job history and the job I was seeking. He did not start throwing out pipe dreams and outrageous amounts of money like most sales companies do to lure you in. He was more interested about me and what is motivating me on my job hunt. After he described a day in the life and the potential with not only the amount of money I could make but about the growth potential through the company, honestly I was ready to sign on the dotted line before even leaving. But the best part about it all, and I don't know if I was just lucky or something that day, the VP of sales and owner the actual company stopped in to introduce themselves and talk to me about their own stories in the industry. Where does that ever happen in an interview?! owner taking the time to personally care about a stranger?! They were just the kind of people I was looking to work for, I just want to feel valued and appreciated and that ultimately made my decision for me to accept the position when the offer came about I highly recommend you go into this interview with an open mind, it will not be like all the other sales positions you've heard about or been to, I promise you that!

I applied for a job and got an email saying I had an interview. The location they sent me to was three hours away. I emailed to ask why, but never got a response. I drove to Austin anyway and logged in on an iPad to fill out the application again. I waited for the interviewer. When it was my turn, we went to a room and I sat down. The interviewer asked about my job history, and I started to explain. He seemed annoyed. He asked where I came from, and I said I drove three hours. I mentioned I had emailed about the location and got no response. The interviewer then called someone and explained I was there, and the person confirmed. He told the person on the call that the recruiter sent me to the wrong location and never replied to my emails. The interviewer gave me a business card and said I'd need to call them because training couldn't start there.

It was a really smooth and easy interview process. They had a group interview, but Mr. Brian did most of the talking. You'll need to introduce yourself, so make sure you stand out. Take it seriously and you'll get the job, I'm sure!

The interview was very professional. Coming from the auto industry I think this may be a good fit for me. The hours are perfect, and the pay plan is decent. I will hear back from them today if I've been accepted.
