Super smooth process. The hiring manager was really clear about where the company is headed, its strategy, the work culture, and what they expect. They asked a lot of relevant questions about my past work experience and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person, not just another applicant.

The interview process was a warm welcoming experience. I was kept updated at all times and everyone was very accommodating. Questions were thorough, and designed to really dive into my experience. They didn't just appear to care if I could check the boxes, they wanted to know about me, and I appreciated that.

Interviews felt friendly, mostly one-on-one but there was one interview with two people. They were super open about their experiences at the company and answered everything I asked. My interviews spanned three departments, which was cool because I got a lot more insight than if it had been more limited. The interviews lasted about two hours and were on-site.

  • The hardest question I was asked was about my weaknesses, but that's a pretty standard interview question.

This company is very behind the times; they just implemented a CRM in 2019, which shows how much they lag behind competitors like 3M and MSF. The whole process took over six months, and it was clear the HR team couldn't make decisions.
