I had interviews with several team leads from different departments. Each of the potential recruiters gave their opinion on my application. They all agreed on hiring me for their department. Then, the HR person told me the results, and asked me to choose a position, which I did, before signing a permanent contract.

The planning for the interview process was good, with two forms of communication used: voice calls and emails. There were three interviews in total, one with a Technical Project Manager and two with a Project Manager. Regarding work perception, the feedback is good; people are helpful and cooperative.
