The interview process started with an initial HR call. This was followed by a second, more detailed call with HR where specific questions were asked. The third interview was with the hiring team (manager and head), which was introductory and included specific questions. A fourth interview with the head of HR was planned but not conducted.

The process was divided into 3 different interviews, which is quite strange for an internship position. After reaching the last step, for which I had to wait a month and a few more days (even avoiding doing or accepting other opportunities), I was informed by email that they had chosen other profiles. So I called them, since that's usually what you do when someone is moved forward for multiple steps. They clarified that the decision was no longer for an internship but for a fixed-term contract, and therefore the choice shifted towards those with more experience. Organizational confusion and also a certain superficiality are evident. Not a very positive experience overall.

I've worked for big companies for a while and I can honestly say Bulgari's hiring process was the best ever. The Talent Acquisition Manager was super professional and nice from the start, really knew her stuff, and made everything feel welcoming. She totally got my skills and career goals, which made me feel valued. What also stood out was how clear everything was. They explained each step, what they expected, and what was needed. I always knew what was coming and could prep well. Plus, everyone I met was so kind and courteous. I was treated with so much respect and genuine friendliness. This positive vibe really made me think Bulgari was the right place for me. So yeah, Bulgari's hiring process is top-notch. Professional, caring, clear info, and friendly staff all rolled into one. I'm thankful I got to go through it.

This was possibly one of the worst candidate experiences ever! Contrary to what they preach during their long interview process, they have no interest in a good candidate experience. They lack the basics of respect and honest communication. I reached the final stage and was told to wait for feedback. After two weeks of ghosting me (I sent multiple emails asking if the role was filled), I couldn't believe what I heard: they were too busy onboarding the new hire for the same role and forgot/had no time to inform me I was no longer under consideration. This shows how clueless they are about basic HR, recruitment, and work ethic best practices. This is a luxury brand; its survival depends on its reputation. Word of mouth counts.
