It was a phone screening where they asked about my basic background and experience, followed by an in-person interview focusing on time management, organization, and reception abilities. The whole thing took about a week.

A few quick 30-minute Zoom calls over several days with various people like other PMs, VPs, and the CPO. Super fast process and they decided quickly. All remote due to the pandemic.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty standard. The main issue I saw was that candidates often need a lot of time to get ready for interviews, especially when meeting with several people. It would be nice if the company at least had the courtesy to let candidates know where they stand or even take two minutes to send an email saying they decided to go with someone else. How a company treats candidates during the hiring process really shows how they'll treat them as employees.

  • The conversational style of the interview was appreciated.
  • The lack of follow-up from the company was a significant issue.

Behavioral

It was a long interview process but pretty uneventful, didn't get me too excited about the job. The new manager seemed really boring. I got an offer but turned it down. Some people I knew who worked there ended up leaving after only a few months.
