They also had me do a personality test. The final part was a 2-hour job shadow, which was great for really seeing what the day-to-day is like and getting a feel for the workplace. After that, I chatted with the VP.

I applied online and got a referral, then had a phone screen within a week. The phone screen went well; the HR person was friendly and transparent, discussing the company, role, and salary. A few days later, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. It started with a building tour, then the interview itself. The manager didn't ask typical interview questions, focusing more on my career goals and other ongoing interviews. Despite feeling confident, I wasn't selected for the final job shadow stage. When I asked for feedback, I was told company policy prevented them from sharing details, which felt dismissive and concerning.
