I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then I had an in-person interview with him plus the President and VP. Finally I delivered a mock client presentation to them. I received an offer that same day. The whole process took less than 2 weeks from the time I submitted an application

I felt really comfortable at Builder Designs from the moment I arrived. The staff was great and the interview started exactly on time. It was about 45 minutes long, and the two people I met with were super friendly and professional. We talked about my experience and how it would work for the role, and they gave me a general overview of Builder Designs and what they do. Afterward, I got a tour of the office and met a bunch of the team, which was helpful in understanding the workplace vibe and culture.

Met with CEO and VP for the first interview. Then, met with the Project Manager for the second interview. The interview process was great! I had the chance to meet with the CEO and Vice President. As well as tour the offices. Great feeling after stepping foot in the door! Fun, Creative, and results driven environment.

I visited their Olathe office for an Account Manager role interview. It was more laid-back than other interviews I've had, but they asked good questions and we had a nice chat. I liked this interview process more than those at more corporate offices.
