First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Buffett Senior Healthcare.
Sales Representative
I applied through Glassdoor and had a computer conference interview, then a phone interview. They are reviewing all the interview information, and I will interview with regional management next week.
- Did you read everything on their website?
Sales Representative
The interview process was pretty thorough over the phone, covering my background and employment history. They also did a personality check to see if I could do presentations and had the work ethic needed. They were pushing me to make a quick decision and invest before I had all the details. I kind of wish I had taken more time to consider before investing, but it seemed like a good fit at first. I would have liked more options for getting qualified leads, as their telemarketing team couldn't provide enough without me having to follow up on old leads or ones from the white pages, which only targeted a specific age group.
- Can you describe your self-driven nature?
Sales
You speak with someone and they think you are a fit and say they will call you back if the board agrees, and they are meeting the next day. You do this 2 or 3 times with different people and get the same result. Then the final person calls you and says congratulations, you got the job! The next step is to schedule your mandatory training. The first class is $1200. How would you like to pay?
