So after I applied, HR reached out to me and they set up my interview with BSH. I had an hour-long interview with a talent acquisition manager who pretty much covered everything and gave me a clear picture of the job. After that, I interviewed with SMTA, the company they work with, for about 30 minutes. I got an offer the same week and accepted the position with BSH. It was a pretty smooth process overall.

The process has 4 parts: first, you fill out an application/questionnaire. Then, you have an interview with the recruiting manager. After that, there's a second interview with a sales marketing training company. Finally, if you email in 3 answers to 3 questions from the recruiting manager interview, you get an offer.

I finished the 3rd interview and was asked to email my notes. The instructions were vague. The interviewer sounded robotic with poor voice quality, making it hard to understand. The process was unusual and inconsistent. I didn't meet the hiring manager, and they didn't know about available territories or travel distances. In the second interview, the cost of training wasn't known, despite being on SMTA's website. My concerns grew, leading to more research. The company's responses mirrored my worries. I was initially excited about the earning potential, but poor leads would negate that. The interview process didn't assure me of the company's legitimacy or their support.
